Soil testing, plot marking, and excavation to design depth. Our engineers verify levels against the approved drawings before a single footing is cast.

Weeks 3–8

Foundation

TMT steel cages tied, shuttering checked, and concrete poured with batch slips retained — the part nobody sees, done like everyone will.

Months 2–6

Structure

Columns, beams and slabs rise floor by floor. Cube tests at every pour, curing logged daily, and weekly photo updates sent to you on WhatsApp.

Months 5–8

Brickwork & MEP

Walls come up; electrical conduits, CPVC plumbing and provisions for AC and automation are routed before plastering — no chasing walls later.

Months 7–11

Finishing

Flooring, false ceilings, paint, fittings and fixtures — the stage where your choices become rooms you can stand in.

Final month

Handover
